Here is an indulgence created by our customer care guru using the Cuisinart Solo Scoops Ice Cream Maker!
Ingredients:
1 tin condensed milk
60ml olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 litre cream
Method:
Decanter the condensed milk into a bowel and add the olive oil and salt
Whisk altogether
Separately whisk the cream into soft peaks
Combine the 2 and chill in the fridge
Once Solo Scoops inner bowl is frozen, add the mixture and begin churning
(Note: always switch on machine first before steadily pouring mixture in)
