Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If you want to change your order, please email info@cuisinart.co.za and we can check the status of your order to see if this is possible.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact our Support with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship within South Africa only.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping to main centres normally takes 3 working days. Outlying areas normally 3-5 working days. Please read our Shipping Policy for more details.

How do I return a product?

To log a return, please email info@cuisinart.co.za within 7 days of ordering. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, and include all the original packaging. As per our Refund policy, the customer will cover the courier costs of returned items. Our customer care team will liaise with you regarding the steps involved to facilitate a returns and any refunds.

Guarantee

How does the guarantee work?

Spindel (Pty) Ltd distributor of Cuisinart South Africa warrants this appliance to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal residential use, for a period of 12 to 36 months (1 to 3 years) from date of purchase.

The length of warranty depends on the specific product or appliance. Please refer to the manual for specifics on the length of time. The warranty only extends to the original purchaser. Proof of original purchase (receipt, invoice) is required to obtain service under this Limited Warranty. Please email customer care info@cuisinart.co.za for more details.

What do I do if my product/appliance is faulty during the guarantee period?

Refer to the Manual which was included with your product / appliance. Should your Manual not be available refer to the online Manual section of the website here.

If you still require support, please contact Customer Care at info@cuisinart.co.za with details of the fault, photo or video explanations and our team will respond within 48 hours (weekdays).
