Olive Oil & Salt Gelato
Ingredients
1 tin condensed milk
60ml olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 litre cream
Preparation
Decanter the condensed milk into a bowel and add the olive oil and salt
Whisk altogether
Separately whisk the cream into soft peaks
Combine the 2 and chill in the fridge
Once Solo Scoops inner bowl is frozen, add the mixture and begin churning
(*Note: always switch on machine first before steadily pouring mixture in. The finished consistency will be more like gelato, and should you crave a more 'scoop able' texture, decanter into a container and pop in the freezer overnight)
