Rose Falooda Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 cup full cream milk
½ cup fresh cream
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons rose milkshake syrup
1 heaped teaspoon cardamom powder
1–2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk together the milk, fresh cream, condensed milk, rose milkshake syrup, and cardamom powder until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into the Freeze Wand cups and freeze until solid.
Process using the Ice Cream mode on the Cuisinart Freeze Wand.
Top with chopped pistachios and an extra drizzle of rose syrup before serving.
