Pri's Mango Sorbet
Ingredients
1 large ripe mango (peeled & cubed)
2–3 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
2–4 tbsp water (just enough to blend)
Preparation
Blend everything until very smooth. We suggest blending the mango first, making a liquid with the lemon juice and syrup. Add a little at a time.
Taste (mango needs acidity to pop)
Adjust sweetness with honey
Pour into FreezeWand cup
Freeze for at least 12–24 hours
Process on Sorbet mode
