Healthy Protein Vanilla Ice Cream

A delicious and easy protein rich dessert

Type: Ice Cream/Gelato/Sorbet

Ingredients

250ml milk

25g vanilla protein powder (artificially sweetened)

1 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional)

1/8 tsp xanthan gum

Preparation

Blend all ingredients until smooth. We suggest using our Blast & Go portable blender.

Pour into cup/s and freeze overnight. Let stand 5-10 mins before use, or run under water to defrost slightly. Attach the wand and use Ice Cream setting, slowly push the wand down and up.

Detatch the wand, take a knife and gently scrape down the sides of the cup. Add a dash of milk. Attach the wand, and push down and up again, and repeat. This will give a very smooth and creamy consistency.

If using mix-ins, then add them in the centre of the cup, switch to Mix In setting, replace the wand and push down and up once more.
