Fresh Lemon Sorbet

A tangy, refreshing treat

Type: Ice Cream/Gelato/Sorbet

Ingredients

60g sugar

120ml water

100ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp grated lemon zest

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except the lemon zest, and mix/blend together until all sugar is dissolved. Add lemon zest and mix well to combine. Pour the mixture into the cup up to Max line and freeze for 24 hours. Thaw for 5 mins and then use Sorbet setting. Repeat until sorbet is smooth.
