Daniella's Protein Balls
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1 serving of protein powder
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1/8 cup ground flaxseed
1/8 cup cacao powder
1/8 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Preparation
Blitz the rolled oats to form a fine powder
Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse to mix
(The blade works almost a little too well so it’s super important to pulse and not fully blend)
It should form a dough which you can then roll into balls
Makes around 8 balls
Store in the fridge for about a week (if they even last that long!)
