  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • 200–250ml milk or cold water
