Choc Chip Ice Cream
Ingredients
2 sliced ripe bananas
1 heaped tsp honey
⅔ cup evaporated milk
1 heaped Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp chocolate chips
Preparation
Blend together sliced bananas, 1 heaped tsp honey, ⅔ cup evaporated milk, and 1 heaped Tbsp cocoa powder then pour into your dessert pot and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove, rest for 10 minutes, then pulse down 2–3 times with your ice-cream maker set to "Ice-cream" Mode. Add chocolate chips, switch to the mix-in preset, and pulse again. Serve and watch it disappear! ;)
