Cheesecake Jars

1 tub of full or fat free Cream cheese

250ml whipping cream

1 teaspoon Vanilla essence

Squeeze Lemon juice (optional)

¾ of a pack of crushed Marie biscuits biscuits

4 Strawberries

Optional: Can add squeeze of honey or 2 teaspoons coconut sugar

Crush biscuits, and place in bottom of jar

Blend all wet ingredients and spoon mixture on top

Add a strawberry to each to finish
