Black Forest Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 cup frozen pitted black cherries
½ cup milk of your choice
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1-2 teaspoons honey (adjust to taste)
1-2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
Preparation
- Add the frozen cherries, milk, protein powder, cacao powder and honey to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips (or pour in after the first churn using the 'mix-in' setting).
- Pour the mixture into your Freeze Wand container and freeze overnight.
- Once frozen, process in the Freeze Wand and enjoy immediately!
