Air Fryer Malva Pudding Mug Cake

Ingredients

Cake:
4 tbsp oat flour
⁠1 tbsp honey
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp apricot jam
2 tbsp plant milk or yogurt
⁠1 tbsp dairy-free yogurt
⁠½ tsp vanilla extract

Sauce:
⁠1 tbsp plant milk
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
½ tsp vegan butter

Preparation

1.⁠ ⁠Mix all mug cake ingredients in a ramekin or oven-safe mug
2.⁠ ⁠Air fry at 160°C for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through
3.⁠ ⁠Warm the sauce ingredients together and pour over the hot pudding
4.⁠ ⁠Serve with coconut cream or dairy-free yogurt
