In a bowl, combine your flour, greek yogurt, baking powder and salt until it comes together to form a dough.
On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle that's about 3mm thick.
In a small bowl, mix together your brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.
Spread a thin layer of the cinnamon-sugar mixture across the dough. Fold the dough in half lengthways so that cinnamon sugar is now on the inside of the dough.
Cut the dough into 4 long strips. Twist the strips then roll them up to create a bun.
Place in the Compact Max airfryer basket, airfry at 175ºC for 10 minutes, if needed flip the buns over and cook for another 2 minutes to make sure the bottom is fully cooked through.
