An easy weeknight dinner. Pair with a green salad to make it complete.
Ingredients
Turkey Burgers:
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1 pound ground turkey (dark meat)
Fries:
1 pound russet potatoes, cut into wedges
Olive oil, for coating
1½ teaspoons kosher salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
1. First prepare the turkey burgers. In a medium bowl, stir together the oil, salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire, and green onions. Add the ground turkey and gently mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Shape into four even patties. Reserve.
2. Prepare the steak fries. Put the potato wedges into a large mixing bowl. Add oil and toss to coat. Add the salt and spices and then toss to fully coat.
3. Put the burgers into one of the air fryer baskets, and the seasoned fries in the other. For the turkey burgers, select Air Fry and set the temperature to 400°F and the time to 16 minutes. For the fries, select Air Fry and set the temperature to 400°F and the time to 20 minutes. Select Sync Finish and then press Start when Toss Reminder sounds, flip the burgers and toss the fries.
4. Serve immediately.
