Ingredients
1 cup mascarpone
1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1-2 shots of espresso, depending on servings
Ice cream to serve
Finger biscuits to serve
Preparation
Add the mascarpone into a bowl, add in the syrup and a dash of cream, and then add the cookies to a glass, then top with the mascarpone cream, ice cream, more cream, and top with a shot of espresso and enjoy!
