500ml fresh full cream milk (not UHT or lactose free)
250g low fat smooth cottage cheese
1 sachet of Nutri Go protein powder (32g)
5 ml vanilla essence
5 ml non-nutritive sweetener of your choice (e.g. Canderel)
Pinch of salt
2 TBSP cocoa powder (optional for chocolate version)
Preparation
Use an immersion blender to mix the milk and cottage cheese very well.
Add the Nutri Go protein powder, vanilla essence and sweetener and blend again quickly to mix. Do not over blend.
Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours to cool. Then pour mixture carefully into the Frost Fusion.
Set to Ice Cream program and run for the allocated time (20 mins).
The machine will switch to Keep Cool mode automatically, serve immediately.
